Bahçeşehir, meaning “garden city” in Turkish, is one of the most popular neighborhood  in Istanbul. It is located on the European side of the city, about 25 kilometers from the city center. Bahçeşehir is not a district by itself. It spans over 3 main districts in Istanbul which is Esenyurt , Avcilar and Başakşehir.
